Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DeepValues ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), available at deepvalues.ai and through our mobile app, collects, uses, and protects your personal information. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Service:
(a) Account information — your email address, and, if you sign in with Apple or Google, the identifier those providers share with us. We never receive your password from Apple or Google.(b) Content you create — your watchlist, notes and journal entries, and any community posts, theses, comments, reactions, follows, or reports you submit.(c) Usage and device data — basic logs such as features used, requests made, app version, and device type, used to keep the Service reliable and secure.(d) Billing data — if you subscribe or buy credits, our payment processor handles your card details; we receive only the subscription status and a customer reference, never your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate you, sync your watchlist and notes across devices, power community features, process subscriptions and credit purchases, send service-related notifications you have enabled, prevent abuse, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private notes or watchlist for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Service. Each receives only the data needed for its function:
(a) Supabase — authentication and database hosting for your account and content.(b) Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and credits.(c) Apple and Google — optional sign-in, if you choose to use them.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We also obtain market and financial data from third-party data vendors; that data is not personal to you.

4. Community Content

Posts, theses, and other entries you mark as public are visible to other signed-in members along with a display name derived from your account. Notes and entries you keep private are visible only to you. You can block other members so their content no longer appears in your feeds, and you can report content that violates our guidelines.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and content as described below. We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, and we retain anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.

6. Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app, via the Delete Account option in account settings. Deletion removes your profile, watchlist, notes, community content, follows, and related records from our systems, and signs you out on all devices. This action is irreversible. If you need help, you can also contact us at the address below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address any issues that arise.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly in the app, or by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

10. International Users

We operate the Service from the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to facilities subject to different data-protection laws than those of your country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Service, and we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Contact

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us at team@deepvalues.ai.
By using DeepValues, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
